📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors • Drive adoption, engagement, and value realization across customer accounts • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to business goals • Identify and mitigate customer risks before they impact retention • Lead business reviews focused on customer outcomes and success measures • Collaborate across Sales, Services, Product, and Support teams • Support successful renewals and identify opportunities for account growth • Help mid-market and enterprise US customers achieve measurable business outcomes from their investment in Evotix's EHS software • Act as a strategic advisor to operational and executive stakeholders • Support customers in maximizing the value of the Evotix platform and becoming long-term advocates

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Professional Services, or another customer-facing B2B software environment • Experience managing complex customer relationships • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to identify customer risks and develop mitigation plans • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams • Enterprise SaaS experience (bonus) • EHS, compliance, or risk management knowledge (bonus) • Consulting or professional services background (bonus) • Unable to offer visa sponsorship • Must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based at the time of application
