📋 Description

• High level of contribution in front line, day to day work as assigned by leadership • Serve as a lead resource and mentor for a team of remote pharmacy technicians • Oversee daily operational workflows, ensuring adherence to process standards • Collaborate with training, quality, and compliance teams to support onboarding, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives • Monitor workload distribution, address escalations, and support team prioritization and productivity • Partner with the Operations Manager to track performance metrics, support team coaching, and contribute to KPI reporting • Identify process gaps and propose improvements to drive efficiency and reduce risk • Support system updates, documentation, and SOP adherence across the team • Maintain strong communication across departments, helping to resolve issues impacting operational performance • Support leadership in diagnosing and improving performance of team members • Support team member development through feedback and ongoing performance management • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age • High school diploma /GED required • Highly Preferred: Experience with ExactCare Pharmacy operations and processes • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with an active license in good standing • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, billing, or auditing processes • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to perform in a remote setting that requires sitting at a desk 90% of the time.
