📋 Description

• Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for Origami platform implementations, enhancements, and integrations. • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and developers to understand claims administration workflows, underwriting, and policy/LOB requirements. • Define and maintain test strategy, test plans, and test automation frameworks aligned with Origami platform architecture. • Experience in test automation using Selenium, Rest Assured, Karate, or equivalent frameworks. • Lead test data preparation, environment readiness, and defect triage activities. • Partner with stakeholders to provide QA metrics, dashboards, and governance reporting. • Coach and mentor QA team members on best practices in automation, functional testing, and insurance domain knowledge. • Participate in UAT planning and support business users in validation activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in a QA Lead role. • Hands-on experience with Claims Administration systems in P&C Insurance; Commercial Property preferred. • Prior QA or BA experience in Origami (preferred), or strong background in policy/claims platforms with ability to learn Origami quickly. • Ability to review requirements, identify gaps, define acceptance criteria, and ensure traceability. • Test case design, execution, defect management, regression planning, and reporting. • Drive automation coverage across regression, API, and integration test suites. • Ensure requirements traceability and end-to-end test coverage across insurance processes, with a focus on P&C and Commercial Property lines.
