📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement solutions in Duck Creek Reinsurance (treaty, facultative, bordereaux, retrocession). • Configure and customise reinsurance workflows, rules, and product definitions. • Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical specifications. • Work on integration with policy administration, claims, and billing systems (Duck Creek Suite or third-party systems). • Develop reinsurance bordereaux reporting, ceded premium, and claims calculations. • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing reinsurance configurations and code. • Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and support for UAT. • Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and industry guidelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, architects, offshore/onshore teams) in an Agile/SAFe environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on development experience in the Duck Creek Reinsurance module (minimum 2–3 years). • Strong knowledge of reinsurance concepts – treaty, facultative, cession, retrocession, bordereaux. • Experience in Duck Creek Author, Express, and XML configurations. • Proficiency in C#, .NET, XML, and SQL Server. • Knowledge of the insurance domain (P&C, Reinsurance workflows). • Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps tools (Jira, Git, Azure DevOps preferred). • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
