⚕️ Healthcare Insurance
• Lead the migration of Commercial Salesforce Production Org to GovCloud (US). • Perform compliance assessment and ensure all data/security requirements are met. • Execute data migration, metadata deployment, and environment configuration. • Partner with InfoSec, Compliance, DevOps, and Architecture teams for secure migration. • Validate integrations, external systems, and connected applications post-migration. • Conduct UAT, deployment validation, cutover execution, and post-go-live support.
• Hands-on experience migrating Salesforce Commercial Org to Salesforce GovCloud (US) (end-to-end). • Strong knowledge of FedRAMP , FISMA , NIST compliance and data residency requirements. • Expertise in Salesforce Data Migration (Data Loader, Data Import, ETL tools, CSV workflows, large-volume data moves). • Strong understanding of Metadata Deployment using Change Sets, SFDX, Git, CICD pipelines. • Experience handling Profile, Permission Set, Sharing Model redesign for GovCloud security standards. • Ability to manage integration re-configuration (APIs, middleware, connected apps) for GovCloud endpoints. • Proven ability to lead Org Assessment, Gap Analysis, and Migration Strategy. • Strong experience in UAT, Validation, Cutover Planning, and Production Deployment in secure environments. • Experience with Salesforce Shield (Event Monitoring, Encryption, Field Audit Trail). • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) including SAML, SSO, MFA , and certificate management. • Understanding of Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Flows, and standard Salesforce development. • Hands-on with API management tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Apigee). • Good documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. • Familiarity with Azure/AWS GovCloud environments for integration touchpoints. • Previous experience supporting Federal or Public Sector Salesforce programs. • Knowledge of ATO (Authority to Operate) processes. • Experience with Org consolidation or multi-org strategy involving secure data boundaries. • Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I/II Salesforce Administrator Application Architect / System Architect Salesforce Integration Architect Salesforce Security & Sharing Designer. • Experience designing Zero-trust architecture and secure API frameworks.
