• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects across Service Cloud, Omnichannel, and integration streams. • Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, mitigate risks, and establish communication frameworks to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery. • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality using Agile or hybrid methodologies as appropriate. • Facilitate sprint ceremonies including planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives in partnership with Product Owners and technical leads. • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Salesforce teams (Admins, Developers, Architects), and external partners. • Translate complex technical concepts (APIs, data flows, integration patterns) into business-aligned communication for stakeholders. • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams—Salesforce, ERP, DevOps, and Support—to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions. • Collaborate with the Salesforce Technical Architect to align implementation roadmaps, design decisions, and release strategies. • Oversee testing strategy, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-release validation. • Maintain compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years managing Salesforce projects (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or similar). • Proven experience leading multi-system integration projects, ideally involving Salesforce and NetSuite (or other ERPs). • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities (Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Flows, APIs, AppExchange). • Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams in complex stakeholder environments. • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira or equivalent. • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
