📋 Description

• Review and evaluate resumes for healthcare positions • Enter candidate information into Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Bluesky • Send out applications to qualified candidates • Assign and manage skills checklists for candidates • Reach out to candidates promptly for further steps in the recruitment process • Work in shifts to ensure timely review and processing of resumes • Recruiter for Nurses (RNs, NPs, CNAs, LPN to CRNAs)

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in South Africa • Medical & Healthcare experience is a must! • 4 + years experience • Must have a reliable laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection • Work stability with the same employer is crucial • Willingness to work night and day shifts • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Experience with ATS systems, preferably Bluesky • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience recruiting nurses (RNs, NPs, CNAs, LPN to CRNAs) preferred
