📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Workfront, Monday.com, and Wrike, including custom forms, templates, dashboards, and reports. • Manage user roles, permissions, and platform security. • Oversee intake processes, approval workflows, and routing logic. • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and compliance with governance standards. • Coordinate platform upgrades, feature enablement, and sandbox testing. • Partner with stakeholders to analyze and improve workflows, identifying automation and optimization opportunities. • Deliver end-user training and create system documentation. • Lead change management initiatives to improve adoption and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. • 3+ years of hands-on Workfront administration (Fusion and/or Workfront Proof experience is a plus). • Strong understanding of enterprise work management and project lifecycles. • Proficiency in Workfront configuration, reporting, and governance. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
