• Act as a domain expert for Finance & Accounting support processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across activities such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Record-to-Report tasks. • Review financial transactions, emails, and case queues to ensure timely and accurate processing in line with organizational accounting policies. • Provide constructive, data-backed performance feedback to F&A associates based on audit findings, monitoring results, and compliance assessments. • Prepare and deliver precise and timely finance quality reports, including error trend analysis, compliance metrics, and audit summaries for leadership teams. • Analyze F&A performance data continuously and recommend actionable process improvements to enhance transaction accuracy, turnaround time, and compliance rates. • Investigate and document root causes for financial discrepancies, errors, and escalations, maintaining a detailed analysis log aligned with audit trails and feedback mechanisms. • Update and maintain performance dashboards and tracking systems (e.g., SLA trackers, Prompt, internal quality systems) to ensure accurate reporting of key financial KPIs such as SLA adherence, processing accuracy, and productivity. • Participate in regular calibration, audit alignment, and quality review sessions to maintain consistency in F&A quality measurement standards • Collaborate closely with Trainers, SMEs, Operations, and Compliance teams to support knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and capability building across F&A processes
• Graduate with Accounting-F&A knowledge • Ensure superior service delivery by meeting/exceeding accuracy and SLAs. • Support development of process improvement and innovation strategies for client business. • Assist client transformation teams and internal teams in process improvements. • Facilitate sharing of best practices and drive performance benchmarking. • Support business development activities, including RFP and RFI responses from a quality perspective. • Actively participate in client visits and showcase business case studies. • Ensure smooth setup and functioning of QA to meet business, internal, and certification requirements.
