📋 Description

• Monitoring: In real time, surveil AI system incidents, which include detection of a wide range of customer-specific rulesets, access control, and other electronic security-related technologies. • Analysis: Assess incidents to determine their validity and potential impact. • Incident Response: Follow established protocols to respond to incidents promptly, escalating cases to customers' designated first responders and/or 911 dispatch centers when necessary. • Communication: Clearly and effectively relay incident details to stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and external parties as required. • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Volt Validators within the Philippines, and internal departments to maintain effective security operations.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC), call center, or customer support role is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with observational experience to assess security threats and determine appropriate actions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. • Availability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
