📋 Description

• Develop risk models that optimize credit analysis and decision-making capabilities in agribusiness; • Execute strategic planning/design decisions, analysis, development, and support for the deployment of machine learning predictive models, including feature engineering and creation of model/product attributes; • Document and communicate model results clearly and in an actionable way to various stakeholders; • Deliver presentations and gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering and Product professionals, to understand needs and identify opportunities to improve processes and products from a modeling perspective; • Explore new variables and data sources to improve models' predictive performance; • Evaluate and implement new techniques and technologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of risk models; • Continuously monitor alignment between data science technical decisions and business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields; • Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Jupyter, etc.; • Experience in risk modeling; • Knowledge of Machine Learning and Data Science methods, including supervised learning (regression and classification), unsupervised learning (clustering, dimensionality reduction), and algorithms such as Boosting, Random Forest, KNN, and Neural Networks; • Strong skills in querying and manipulating databases for model development and validation; • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
