📋 Description
• Articulate near and long-term strategy and roadmap to senior internal and external stakeholders with the ability to show the bigger picture. • Define the product strategy and roadmap while managing stakeholders in product, engineering, and operations • Prioritize product roadmap with a balance of immediate needs and long term investments based on our priorities and strategic vision. • Work with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, and coordinate initiatives with shared resource teams. • Analyze key metrics to determine the overall health of the product, mitigate external and internal risks, and utilize insights to bring changes to product roadmaps. • You will report to VP, Product Management
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of Product Management or related experience creating software products • Bachelor's Degree • Experience in employer services and, specifically, year end tax statement, ACA Reporting and pay statements • Experience delivering successful digital products or platforms. • Experience working with API integration and technical understanding of cloud-based platform architecture (Azure experience) • Technical experience in Agile delivery/development methodologies • Experience building product strategy during technical transformations specifically to cloud based technical stacks. • Ability to pick up new tools, technologies, and processes and learn new products and industries.
