• Identify, vet, and recruit digital content creators and authentic brand advocates. • Manage and scale the existing RevZilla Ambassador program, analyzing performance metrics. • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for external creators. • Transition external partners to 'social-first' video and image assets. • Partner with internal teams to focus on TikTok strategy & execution. • Co-develop and execute cross-brand collaborative posts. • Tailor creative messaging to address gaps in current brand voice. • Collaborate with external event coordinators and third-party vendor partners. • Manage front-facing content coordination and live social storytelling at events. • Advocate for partnership opportunities and provide updates to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or an equivalent field. • 2–3 years of experience managing influencer talent, social media communities, or brand partnership execution. • Demonstrated proficiency utilizing project management software (such as JIRA/Confluence) to manage cross-functional design tasks and contract routing.
