• Lead and mentor a team of design engineers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback. • Oversee the design and development of automated systems, assemblies, and mechanical components. • Review and approve 3D models, part drawings, assembly drawings, BOMs, and related documentation. • Ensure designs follow lean manufacturing and design-for-manufacturing principles. • Collaborate with sales, fabrication, and production teams to ensure project requirements are met. • Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to meet deadlines and quality standards. • Implement best practices in mechanical design, SolidWorks usage, and project management. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the design engineering process.
• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university, with a high GPA. • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role. • Proficient in SolidWorks, with extensive knowledge of sheet metal, weldments, machined parts, and assemblies. • Strong experience in designing automated systems or industrial machinery. • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written). • Excellent leadership, team management, and project coordination skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.
