• This is a remote position. • Our Ideal Candidate is seeking a skilled and proactive Appointment Setter to join our client’s sales team. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating meaningful connections with potential clients and scheduling appointments between qualified leads and the company’s sales representatives. • Your contributions will directly support the expansion of our client’s business and their mission to deliver connected consumer experiences at scale. • As an Appointment Setter, you will provide excellence by prospecting potential clients through phone calls, communicating the value proposition of our client’s solutions effectively, qualifying leads based on predetermined criteria, and scheduling appointments.
• Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a phone-based sales support role. • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone demeanor. • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools for call management. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of calls effectively. • Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to achieve targets. • Capacity to articulate technical concepts and value propositions clearly over the phone. • Understanding of the advertising, marketing, and/or CX industries is a plus. • Must be presently residing in the Philippines.
