📋 Description
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective). • Act as an agile mentor and coach for the team. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. • Support the Product Owner in backlog management and refinement. • Monitor agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time). • Manage dependencies and risks. • Ensure alignment between product strategy and technical execution.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in the role. • Practical knowledge of project metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time). • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence. • Knowledge of DevOps and SRE practices. • Strong facilitation, communication and conflict-resolution skills. • Intermediate to advanced English. • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) - preferred. • Experience in regulated environments (financial, insurance) - preferred. • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, advanced Excel - preferred.
