As a global networking leader, learn why there’s no better time to join the Extreme team. • The Americas Sales Director of Distribution is responsible for leading and executing the distribution sales strategy across North, Central, and South America. • This role will focus on driving revenue growth through strategic distribution partners, optimizing channel performance, and aligning with Extreme Networks’ go-to-market initiatives. • The ideal candidate will have deep experience in channel sales, distribution management, and a strong understanding of the networking technology landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). • 10+ years of experience in channel sales or distribution management in the networking or IT industry. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing multi-million-dollar distribution relationships. • Strong understanding of the networking technology ecosystem (LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking). • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to travel up to 50% across the Americas. • Experience with Extreme Networks solutions or similar enterprise networking vendors. • Bilingual (English and Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus. • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, PRM tools, and data analytics/AI platforms.
