• Own the reporting for marketing funnel attribution against weekly, quarterly and annual goals. • Collaborate with field marketing and corporate events leaders for campaign creation, execution and measurement. • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns performance. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and align analytics efforts with marketing goals. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices, and scalable process for data collection and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, finance or a related field. • Proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role. • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sigma). • Experience working with Salesforce, Bizible, Marketo is preferred. • Fluent in communicating in English, written and speaking. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent time management, communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of digital marketing channels partner business is a plus. • Ability to drive results and self-directed in today's virtual work environment.
