• Seasonal Tax Manager – FSO-PCS Financial Services Organization Private Client Services (PCS) is a growing practice within EY, and you’ll see that growth reflected in our career opportunities. • The team has a dedicated focus toward serving privately held companies and their owners and their families. • These clients span from family-owned businesses to private equity owned companies. 🎯 Requirements

• Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or Enrolled Agent (EA) or active state bar membership • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in tax compliance for private client individuals in financial services • Strong analytical skills, written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal; problem-solving ability and attention to detail • Ideally, you'll also have A proven record of excellence in tax accounting for financial statements with a top or mid-tier firm • A strategic eye toward prioritizing when working on multiple complex projects • Experience performing high quality review of complex tax returns • Knowledge/experience in handling Individual, Gift, Trust, and Estate Tax Returns– 1040, 1041, 706, 709 • Comfort with working remotely in a virtual team environment including working with an offshore shared services center
