📋 Description

• Design the execution of our clients’ transformation programs to support their transition towards a data-driven organisation, with data and people at the heart of change. • Bring to life a seamless data and analytics strategy that solve our clients’ most complex business challenges to enable the making of better-informed decisions. • Design and implement data and technology operating models that encompass people, process, technology, and data. • Leverage data platforms and solutions to help our clients visualise and better understand their data. • Provide thought leadership on how our clients can innovate with traditional or emerging technology tools and disrupt their current ways of working to extract greater value from their input. • Lead and support the creation of client proposals and business development initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Financial Services (either industry or consulting and appropriate to your level). • Preferably a year of consulting experience in any of the Big 4 or consulting firms. • Experience in data and analytics approaches such as data mesh.
