📋 Description
• Work on diagnostic projects across the mining value chain • Design and implement mining-focused processes across various disciplines: geology, mine planning, operations and processing • Support the implementation of transformation and continuous improvement programs • Act as a change agent, connecting key interfaces, conducting risk assessments and identifying new improvement opportunities • Collaborate closely with global offices and EY’s Mining & Metals Center of Excellence, contributing to the development of solutions that create significant value for our clients.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering and/or Geology • Experience in mine planning and/or operations • Experience in data analysis and mine planning routines • Proficiency and experience with mine planning software (Deswik, Datamine, etc.) • Proactive, solution-oriented, dynamic and innovative profile • Strong communication skills across different organizational levels • Advanced English • Availability to travel • Advantage: Postgraduate degrees and/or an MBA in project management and mining.
