📋 Description
• Analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders; • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable Product Backlog Items (PBIs) for the development team; • Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects; • Assist in the development of project timelines and ensure milestones are met; • Provide support in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields; • Advanced/Fluent English - language will be used 100% of the time; • Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with financial services; • Strong experience in writing requirements and translating them into actionable items; • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; • Knowledge of SQL, ETL techniques and tools, and Data Mapping; • Experience with agile methodologies; • Preferred: Experience in international projects.
