📋 Description

• Develop and implement software solutions focused on AI, primarily using IBM Watson Assistant. • Analyze conversational data to optimize the user experience, performing curation based on product KPIs, such as chatbots. • Perform quality assurance (Q.A.) testing to ensure excellence of deliverables, including isolated development tests and integrated tests. • Work in an agile environment, using methodologies such as Kanban. • Integrate TRNs (communication between APIs) within a low-code environment, triggering actions and manipulating parameters for integration. • Monitor and identify new features for channels like WhatsApp, including sending and receiving metadata structures and media (images, videos, etc.) to establish communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. • Experience with IBM Watson Assistant (Dialog and Actions) - JavaScript (SpEL) / Node.js: Essential for manipulating JSON objects and using Watson’s SpEL syntax. • Natural Language Processing (NLP) - Conversational Design - Analysis of conversational (unstructured) data. • Programming languages: Proficiency in JavaScript (including SpEL syntax) and Node.js, with ability to send, receive, and manipulate JSON objects. • TRN integration: Experience with API-to-API communication in a low-code environment (use and manipulation of connectors). • Feature tracking and documentation: Ability to explore and implement new capabilities in communication channels (WhatsApp). • Desired: Experience acting as the team’s Scrum Master (Agile methodologies).
