📋 Description

• Conduct 4-6 virtual member meetings per day to help them achieve their retirement goals by acting as a financial life coach, motivating them to take action to progress their plan. • Deeply focus on pre-retiree/retiree issues, including Social Security claiming strategies, Medicare options, coordinating income sources (pensions, annuities, portfolios), and estate plan integration. • Build trust and credibility in order to foster strong, long-term relationships with members remotely and provide a consistent, high-quality member experience with each interaction. • Motivate members to take action on any appropriate recommendations, emphasizing the importance of integrated solutions like tax-optimized investment withdrawals as a core part of their retirement plan. • Effectively and ruthlessly manage your calendar, time, and other tasks to ensure efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• CFP® designation • MST or PST Location preferred • 15+ years of member facing financial planning experience with a significant focus on pre-retirement and retirement planning. • Exceptional follow up and typing/written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build connections with members • Flexibility with hours to accommodate member meetings 2 nights per week • Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn in-house software and tools • Exceptional time and calendar management skills – this is one of the biggest keys to success as a Facet planner

• $135,000 - $150,000 base salary + bonus determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data.
