📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the company. • Partner with the executive team to develop and execute Fairmatic’s long-term financial strategy. • Build and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking processes. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and internal controls. • Oversee accounting operations, treasury, tax, and audit processes. • Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and external advisors. • Provide financial insights to guide pricing, underwriting, and product decisions in collaboration with business leaders. • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision making across the organization. • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA/CFA strongly preferred. • 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. • Strong background in insurance, financial services, or high-growth technology/insurtech companies. • Proven track record of building scalable finance operations in a dynamic environment. • Deep understanding of financial modeling, capital planning, and investor relations. • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence at all levels. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and grow high-performing teams. • Startup or insurtech experience a plus.
