📋 Description

• We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Ad Monetization Analyst to join our team. • You will support our efforts in optimizing ad auctions, analyzing monetization data, and automating reporting processes to strengthen our monetization strategy. • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams such as product and user acquisition, you will provide insights to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV) and drive improvements across our games. • To succeed, you should be a detail-oriented and creative problem-solver with a strong passion for data-driven decision-making. • Optimize ad auction; • Monitor and analyze monetization KPIs to ensure strategy effectiveness and stability of our games; • Conduct A/B testing and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights; • Report monetization results to product teams, providing insights to boost LTV; • Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to establish monetization best practices; • Develop automated reports using API integrations; • Automate processes using JavaScript and Python for improved efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering; • Experience in any research area based on data (finance, gaming, consumer products and others); • Proficient in English at an advanced level; • Experience creating analysis tools in Excel or Google Sheets; • Skilled in JavaScript, Python, and SQL; • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw data-driven business insights; • Detail-oriented.
