📋 Description

• Analyze existing NCF business processes — from product setup through production and fulfillment — to identify improvement and automation opportunities. • Design and implement scalable, maintainable process automations using iPaaS tools such as Adobe Fusion, Power Automate, Zapier, Make.com, Boomi, n8n, tray.io. • Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Product Development, Engineering, and QA to document and improve business workflows. • Develop, test, and deploy integrations that connect internal systems with enterprise systems like Oracle Fusion and Adobe AEM. • Ensure automation reliability through monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business process designs, automation logic, and integration interfaces. • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure automations align with existing architecture, data integrity, and security standards. • Support change management and training initiatives to help business teams adopt new processes and tools. • Stay current on emerging automation and integration technologies and proactively recommend improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of experience in process design, automation, or business systems analysis. • Proven experience with one or more iPaaS platforms (e.g., Adobe Fusion, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, Boomi, n8n, tray.io). • Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow design, and data flow between systems. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams.
