📋 Description

• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to concept, prototype, and ship meaningful experiences • Define and champion the principles that create great, human-centered products • Oversee and direct work across complex, large-scale engagements • Distill complex inputs into a clear design direction • Devise product visions and feature sets that move businesses forward • Build scalable design systems for global audiences • Mentor and grow a team of UX designers • Engage directly with client partners to solve problems • Lead client presentations and workshops with clarity and confidence • Build trusted relationships with clients • Identify emerging shifts in tools and practice

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the design industry • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire designers • Thought leadership and strategic thinking • Ability to self-direct and independently drive UX vision • Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered design tools • A passion for continual practice and process improvement • A meticulous eye for detail and strong design aesthetic sensibilities • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • A commitment to inclusive, accessible, and equitable design practices
