📋 Description

• Create and implement effective direct and partner sales strategies; • forecast, report, and keep sales cases updated in the CRM; • drive issues to achieve Fastems’ sales objectives. • Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customers’ needs. • Report market needs to product lines and management. • Manage to meet/exceed monthly, trimester, and annual sales targets to increase profitable sales and build long-term relationships with customers. • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. • Meet regularly with existing customers, partners, and new prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position Fastems’ offering to meet surfaced needs. • Execute negotiations with customers and partners to close contracts. • Continuously expand customer understanding and use of Fastems’ offerings and capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a demanding automation solution or system sales business. • Technical know-how: experience in sales in the manufacturing automation industry and processes and/or technology/metal industry and/or machine tool building and/or robotics industry. • Specific knowledge of ERP, scheduling, automation, tool management, and program management in a manufacturing environment.
