📋 Description

• Upload PDF documents into the Azure Document Intelligence platform. • Run document layout analysis and highlight relevant text fields. • Label and annotate key information (e.g., company names, invoice details, receipts, cheque data) with precision. • Create and label tables within documents when necessary. • Follow naming conventions and maintain folder structures for document storage and model creation. • Classify documents (e.g., cheque, receipt, invoice, subcontract payment certificate) according to file names and document content. • Review document sets carefully, ensuring correct labelling even when key details are missing. • Mark and organize supporting documents as required. • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all labelling tasks. • Communicate effectively with project managers and report any issues or ambiguities.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good English reading and comprehension skills. • Ability to follow detailed written instructions precisely. • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and handling large sets of documents. • Reliable computer and stable internet connection. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Chinese reading skills ( a plus)
