• Lead efforts to grow referral network of healthcare providers—from primary care to specialists—ensuring more patients access nutrition care • Build and nurture strong partnerships with referring clinicians and provider organizations • Host and coordinate in-person meetings, events, and presentations in local markets • Educate providers about Fay’s services and how Fay supports their patients • Act as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams • Help shape strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Are energized by connecting with physicians, care teams, and provider organizations • Have 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health) • Are an excellent communicator who can build trust quickly • Feel confident leading in-person meetings and events to represent Fay in the field • Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets • Are curious, resilient, and eager to grow with a fast-paced startup • Are deeply aligned with Fay’s mission to make nutrition care more accessible
