📋 Description

• Act as the on-camera talent in videos, embodying the brand’s voice and building a relatable, authentic connection with audiences • Ideate, script, film, and edit engaging short-form videos for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc), balancing both speed and quality of execution • Stay ahead of cultural and social media trends to bring fresh, relevant concepts to the table • Collaborate with the broader team to align content with performance marketing strategies • Analyze content performance metrics to iterate on creative approaches and optimize future content • Help develop an asset library of videos and photos that can be repurposed across marketing channels • Work with other influencers and UGC contributors to bring ideas to life

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience creating and editing video content for social media (bonus if you’ve done it for a brand or for your own personal profile) • Strong video editing skills using in-app tools like Capcut, TikTok, and Instagram video editor • Confident and charismatic on camera, with experience speaking directly to the camera • A proactive, independent, go-getter attitude • Deep understanding of short-form content best practices, social algorithms, and trend cycles • Strong creative instincts and storytelling skills • Ability to move quickly and produce high-quality content with fast turnaround times • Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment • Bonus: experience working with in-house performance marketing teams and familiarity with performance marketing platforms and metrics • Must include a portfolio of work or social media handle to be considered
