• Develop and maintain more complex automations using RPA tools. • Integrate bots with the organization’s existing systems. • Identify and implement the best automation strategies for different processes. • Mentor junior developers and collaborate with the team to ensure the quality of automations.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in automation and integration development. • Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Blue Prism, among others. • Ability to solve complex problems and optimize automated processes. • Preferred: Practical experience with low-code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, Appian, among others.
