📋 Description

• Lead automation projects from conception through implementation. • Develop robust, scalable automation solutions using leading RPA tools. • Assess and select the best tools and technologies for each project. • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering continuous team growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing automations and integrations. • Deep experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Blue Prism, and others. • Advanced programming skills and proven experience developing automation solutions. • Preferred: Experience with messaging/communication platforms such as Twilio, Engage Sync, Infobip, Zenvia, and others. • Experience with generative agent tools such as Microsoft OpenAI, Gemini, Claude for implementing chat interfaces over unstructured knowledge bases, focused on automation. • Experience with integration/data-capture tools such as Octoparse, Airbyte, WSO2, and others. • Experience with low-code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, Appian, Bubble, and others.
