📋 Description

• Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans. • Resource Coordination: Identify and manage human, financial, and material resources required for project success. • Schedule Management: Create and maintain the project schedule, ensuring all activities are completed on time. • Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that may affect the project. • Communication: Ensure effective communication among all team members and stakeholders. • Quality Control: Monitor and verify the quality of work to ensure it meets specified standards. • Progress Reporting: Prepare and present project progress reports to sponsors and stakeholders. • Preparation of reports and executive presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience implementing E-Commerce platforms (B2B or B2C); • Direct experience with business areas (E-commerce, Sales/Commercial, Logistics, Finance), working directly with B2B operations; • Familiarity with SAP (SD) is desirable. • Experience with the following E-Commerce platforms is a plus: Adobe Commerce (Magento), VTEX • Knowledge of system implementation and integrations • Software test planning • Agile methodologies • Knowledge of Project Management • Knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management) • Negotiation techniques • Active listening • Professional ethics • Autonomy • Positive attitude • Oral and written communication • Project Management experience: Proven experience managing complex projects of various sizes and industries. • Leadership skills: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. • Organization and Time Management: Strong ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively. • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively. • Certifications: Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are desirable.
