• Lead implementations, customizations, and integrations of ServiceNow with enterprise systems, particularly SAP ECC and S/4HANA. • Design technical and functional solutions aligned with best practices, ensuring scalability, security, and governance. • Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and proposal of improvements with business and technology stakeholders. • Develop integrations using ERP Canvas (DataHub), IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs and native ServiceNow ↔ SAP connectors. • Apply knowledge of BAPIs, RFCs and IDocs for integrations between ServiceNow and SAP modules. • Configure and manage MID Servers, ensuring secure, high-performance connectivity between platforms. • Produce technical and functional documentation, and support training sessions and knowledge transfer. • Act as a technical reference, guiding the team on architectural decisions and leading the resolution of critical incidents.
• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM or GRC. • Proven experience in ServiceNow ↔ SAP (ECC/S/4HANA) integrations using ERP Canvas. • Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, BAPI, RFC and IDoc. • Hands-on experience with MID Servers. • Strong background in solution architecture, process mapping and advanced customizations. • Familiarity with IntegrationHub and App Engine for ERP. • Advanced/Fluent English for working in multinational environments. • Official ServiceNow certifications: • CSA – Certified System Administrator • CIS – Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM) • CAD – Certified Application Developer • App Engine Studio Micro-Certification • IntegrationHub Micro-Certification • ITIL v4 Foundation certification or higher. • Experience with Document Intelligence (DocIntel). • Track record of working on multinational projects or in complex corporate environments.
