📋 Description

• The Finance & Accounting specialist will be responsible for supporting financial operations and accounting processes for our Partner who is a leading F&B business. • This remote role involves managing budgets, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and optimizing financial performance. • The specialist will work closely with the restaurant's management team to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making to drive profitability and growth. • Key Responsibilities include Financial Reporting & Analysis, Cost Control & Efficiency, Accounting & Compliance, Cash Flow & Liquidity Management, Inventory & Costing Systems, Financial Planning & Strategy, and Team Leadership & Collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry. • Strong knowledge of accounting software's and POS systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food costing, and inventory management. • Familiarity with financial regulations and tax laws for the hospitality industry. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Experience with restaurant management software (e.g., Toast, Square, Upserve) (preferred). • Prior experience managing multiple restaurant locations or a chain of restaurants (preferred).
