• Work closely with the Creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives, messaging, and formats that convert. • Own performance marketing strategy across channels like Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms. Manage budget allocation and CAC targets. • Partner with lifecycle marketing and product teams to optimize onboarding, retention, and LTV through email, SMS, and in-product interventions. • Design and run experiments to improve conversion rates across our landing pages and web funnels, leveraging tools like HotJar, GA4 and WebFlow Optimize. • Analyze user acquisition and retention cohorts to surface insights and inform growth roadmaps. • Collaborate with analytics and finance to forecast performance, track KPIs, and report on marketing ROI. • Keep a pulse on industry trends and identify new channels, tools, or tactics that give us a competitive edge.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role. • Deep experience in digital advertising (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) and a track record of managing high-performance campaigns. • Hands-on experience with CRO tools and A/B testing methodologies to improve conversion rates. • Experience in affiliate marketing or partner-driven acquisition programs. • Strong analytical skills with experience working in Excel, LightDash, Segment and similar BI tools. • Experience working in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online brand or startup environment is preferred. • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.
