📋 Description

• Mission: accelerate mass-market adoption of consumer biotech products, starting with obesity and GLP-1 accessibility • Role: Architect AI-first strategy for ClinicOS, owning AI across clinical, growth, and operations • Collaborate directly with Head of Engineering, CEO, and AI engineering team to build production AI • Core AI infrastructure: model-agnostic platform, A/B testing, intelligent routing, monitoring, fallbacks • AI-powered clinical care: automate manual clinical processes and build AI assistants that improve patient outcomes • AI-powered growth: use AI for personalized outreach, AI sales agents, AI video/voice, and behavior prediction to remove manual touchpoints • Data & experimentation: analyze datasets, build MVPs quickly, run controlled tests with clear KPIs, create feedback loops

🎯 Requirements

• Have 6+ years of highly relevant experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning • Have strong experience building production applications powered by LLMs. Prompt and context engineering, RAG systems, model fine-tuning and evaluation frameworks. • Possess strong programming skills using Typescript and/or Python • Have strong experience designing and building modern, customer-facing API’s • Are comfortable building user-friendly interfaces using React or similar frameworks • Have experience leading engineering team members • Nice to have: Experience with AI/ML infrastructure including vector databases, embedding models, and orchestration frameworks • Nice to have: Have built evaluation and monitoring systems for LLM applications in production • Nice to have: Have experience building large-scale data pipelines and distributed systems • Nice to have: Have experience with cloud platforms (AWS) at enterprise scale • Nice to have: Have a CS degree or equivalent experience • Nice to have: Have open source contributions
