📋 Description

• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot detailed Revit models for ductwork, mechanical piping and plumbing trades • Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency • Create and manage drawings, schedules, and other project documentation using Revit • Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices • Perform model reviews and quality control to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards • Provide technical support and training for team members on Revit software and BIM processes • Stay updated with the latest Revit features and BIM technologies to continuously improve workflows • Adheres to established BIM and project standards to ensure consistency and quality in all deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience working with Autodesk Revit in a professional setting • Strong proficiency in Revit, experience with modeling and coordination a plus • Experience with BIM processes and standards • Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP systems and their integration within Revit • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple projects • Certification in Revit or related BIM software is a plus • Strong attention to detail • Commitment to ongoing learning and skill development
