• Bachelor’s degree (preferred emphasis in computer science or MIS) or equivalent experience • 8-9 years of experience in Software System Administration • Experience with Horizon View, ESXi, and server virtualization, including technical knowledge in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting virtual environments • In-depth understanding and working knowledge of various versions of Microsoft 365, including experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint • Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, and ImageRight • In-depth understanding of DNS, E-Mail Routing, Email Tracking, SMTP / application Mail Relay, Disaster Recovery concepts - Single item, single mailbox, Exchange Server, Exchange Site • ADFS & SSO implementation and troubleshooting • Experience with SOA applications and cloud-based services, preferably AWS or Azure • Thorough knowledge of Active Directory Administration and Management including user, group, and GPO implementation • Accomplished in managing and controlling multiple projects and working within a team environment • Knowledge of ITIL and Industry best practices
