📋 Description
• Join the Founder Institute as a Support & Marketing Associate in a fully remote role. • Respond to customer inquiries and provide personalized assistance. • Review applications for incubation and acceleration programs. • Host live Q&A calls and webinars. • Improve customer experience through ideas and documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• Willing to work a Sunday-Thursday schedule • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Business-level fluency in English • Comfort in hosting live calls and webinars • Internet and computer-savvy • Knowledge of startup accelerators and the startup/ venture capital industry (Preferred) • 2+ years of professional customer service and/or marketing experience (Preferred) • Experience using Google Suite, Powerpoint, Excel, Canva, Mailchimp, and various online CRM and marketing tools (Preferred)
