• Develop and maintain a portfolio of customers (distributors, installers, etc.) • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking • Follow a structured sales process: qualification, presentation, negotiation, closing • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our technical solutions • Represent Fieldpiece at trade shows, regional events and training sessions • Provide high-quality customer service with responsiveness and expertise • Ensure regular follow-up via our CRM (reporting, pipeline, sales forecasting) • Analyze the local market and share field feedback to inform our commercial strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in B2B sales, ideally in HVACR, tools, instrumentation or technical products • Experienced in working with distributors and achieving sales targets • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations to diverse audiences • Autonomy, rigor, strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken • Comfortable with IT tools (Microsoft Office suite, CRM; ERP is a plus) • Mobility required: frequent travel (up to 80%) within your territory
