🎯 Requirements

• 5 + years of professional software engineering experience, including team leadership. • Proven ability to build engaged, autonomous teams that hit ambitious goals. • Full-stack background (Python preferred on the back end, React on the web front end). • Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and Temporal—or eagerness to learn quickly. • Passion for continuous learning, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid environment.
