📋 Description

• Responsible for the build, maintenance, and execution of the Lending specific Technology DR Plans (DRPs). • Ensure Finastra technology continues business critical services during emergencies. • Work collaboratively with management, project management and technical staff to guide the creation (architecture), deployment, and testing of required DR systems and plans.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of relevant IT experience, with 3+ years focused on Disaster Recovery. • Proficient with up-to-date DR strategies and methodologies. • Knowledge of replication tools (ASR, Zerto, DataGuard, Double-Take, etc.). • Expertise in Azure Availability Zones and Chaos Testing for SaaS-based Lending Products. • Strong negotiating/influencing skills. • Ability to effectively provide knowledge transfer to other members of the team. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Able to build consensus, using team dynamics to achieve positive outcomes. • Goal oriented and action focused.
