📋 Description

• You play a key role in implementing our solutions for clients • You work closely with end users and key users to optimize their business processes • You are responsible for training, support, and optimizing product usage • You coordinate multiple teams to ensure optimal software configuration • You collect customer feedback and forward it to the Account Manager • You support user training and act as the subject-matter and technical contact for users • You resolve user issues in close cooperation with technical support

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in financial accounting or tax advisory, ideally in a DATEV environment (know-your-customer) • Experience in project or process management, preferably in a SaaS or DATEV context • Inclusive communicator who can collaborate easily with multiple stakeholders • Enjoyment of working in a highly dynamic scale-up environment • Excellent written and spoken German and English
