📋 Description

• Project manage provider launches and ensure they progress on the fastest timeline • Create presentation decks and quarterly business reviews for each practice • Partner with providers to understand their practice-scaling goals • Lead provider communications through Google Meet, Slack, and email for proactive and reactive customer support • Become an expert on Finni and answer customer questions and concerns • Oversee CX operations, including training, help center and knowledge base content, self-service, tools and software, scheduling, and reporting • Work with the cofounders to improve cross-functional processes and tooling • Establish SLAs and KPIs for the provider success function

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for democratizing autism care and helping providers grow successful, compliant practices • Ability to guide providers through clinical, financial, and operational decisions • Analytical problem-solving ability, including quantifying issues and building customized solutions • Process and data orientation, with experience improving systems and managing projects • Ability to take initiative and shape strategy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Applied Behavior Analysis practice support experience is queried as part of the application • Authorization to work in the United States
