📋 Description

• Mission: AI Revolution — make advanced AI accessible and integrated into workflows. • Model Development: Build and deploy AI models with RAG and tool calling for product features (AI accounting, onboarding, customer care, document recognition, categorization, fraud detection). • Quality: Define measurement signals and improve models. • Integration with Product: Collaborate with frontend/backend engineers to bring AI features into production. • Innovation: Keep updated with AI research and propose applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Seasoned Python professional with a passion for AI/ML. Experience with LangGraph, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers. • Deployment experience deploying ML models to production. • Strong software engineering skills: data structures, algorithms, best practices. • Cloud experience: AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex, or Azure; Docker and Kubernetes. • Problem-solving, collaboration, growth mindset, fluent English (B2+).
