📋 Description

• Own design delivery across the full product lifecycle • Translate complex business and user problems into user-centered design solutions • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define project outcomes • Create essential design artifacts including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes • Contribute to our design system and maintain interface consistency • Participate in usability testing and data-driven experimentation

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design, ideally in fintech or SaaS environments • A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and polished execution • Experience working on complex platforms with multiple user flows • Confidence working in cross-functional squads with engineers and product managers • Ability to rationalize design decisions using data and customer feedback • A strong foundation of curiosity, pragmatism, and a high bar for design quality
