• Own the customer journey from first touch through nurture and engagement • Design, optimize, and manage automated programs that convert leads into opportunities and grow customer value over time • Build and optimize automated nurture journeys, triggered campaigns, and engagement programs across email, SMS, and other digital channels • Own the design and evolution of lead scoring models to improve qualification accuracy • Monitor and manage deliverability, suppression rules, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) • Continuously refine journeys through test-and-learn programs
